Future Leaders Program (FLP) is our annual flagship event where we bring together students from various higher education insitutions. The aim is to empower participants with skills and information to bring prositive and transformative changes in the society.

Expert Consultancy

Green Planet Initiative (GPI) offers specialized consultancy services on environment, climate change and sustainable development. We support governments, NGOs, development partners and the private sector with:

• Grant Proposal Writing, Project Design & Proposal Development – from concept notes to full donor-compliant proposals.
  
  

• Research, Policy analysis & Evaluations – studies, assessments, and learning reviews on climate, migration, resilience and urban issues.
  
  

• Environmental & Climate Resilience Planning – EIAs/ESIAs, ESMPs, climate risk assessments and adaptation strategies. (Upcoming)
  
  

• Solid Waste & Plastic Management Solutions – circular economy models, behaviour change campaigns and municipal system strengthening.
  
  

• Training & Capacity Building – tailored workshops for communities, youth, practitioners and institutions on climate adaptation and environmental governance.

Community Engagement

Green Planet Initiative (GPI) supports disaster-affected communities through targeted rehabilitation efforts that restore dignity and livelihoods. Following the floods in Feni in 2024, where thousands of cattle were lost and families fell into extreme economic distress, GPI mobilised resources to provide direct assistance to the most vulnerable households. Our support focuses not only on emergency relief, but also on helping families rebuild income sources, strengthen resilience and prepare for future shocks—so that recovery is not just about surviving a disaster, but regaining stability and hope.
