Registration for the 2024-2025 Season OPEN. 2024-25 registration closed on September 13, 2025. Any registrations received after the registration deadline will be added to the waitlist and only be contacted if a spot opens up on a team.

Registration Information for 2024/2025

1. Program Participation Fee = $75 

2. Tournament & Training costs (covered by program participation fee):

   1. • OOTM T-Shirt

      • School Membership for OOTM

      • Regional Tournament Registration for each team

      • Skills Days (Optional)

      • Coach Training Fees

      • Facility Fees

      • Awards Ceremony & OOTM School Party

3. Team Expenses:

   1. • Problem Solution materials budget (approx. $20-25 per student, paid to team coaches)

      • There may be additional costs associated with solving spontaneous and long-term problems, but this is unlikely

      • Teams that make it to the Virginia State Tournament may need to contribute to the registration fee, which in the past has been $90 per team. 

      • If your child's team advances to World Finals (2025 Location is in East Lansing, MI), the cost to attend, including registration, transportation and other expenses could be between $8-10K. In the event your child qualifies, you will be asked to help fundraise or cover your child's portion of the expenses. We will do our best to help, but parents/students on the team will be asked to lead these fundraising efforts and will be expected to support the fundraising efforts or supply their portion of the costs.

5. We can only place kids if we have enough parent coaches. Registration will be limited by the number of coaches we have volunteer. Consider coaching or co-coaching your child's team. Coaches may select their own teams. Various factors are considered when forming teams. You are encouraged to register ASAP so your child is more likely to be prioritized for team placement.
