HIDDEN MARKOV MODEL

In this lesson, we will be discussing about Hidden Markov Model (HMM), which allows for the probabilistic modeling of biological sequences, such as DNA, RNA, and protein sequences. HMMs are based on the mathematical framework of Markov models, which are used to model sequences of events that occur over time.
