Travel
If you are flying, the airport is the Hector International Airport, which is a few minutes drive from NDSU.
Weekend parking is free in most campus lots. The conference will be held in the A. Glenn Hill Center. The nearest parking lot is the MU lot located by the Memorial Union.
Lodging
For those participants receiving funding for accommodations, the conference will arrange lodging at Candlewood Suites, near the airport and campus. You will receive an email with more information.
Note: We will not ask for your credit card number by email or phone.
Meals
For participants arriving in time Friday evening, we will meet for happy hour + dinner at Junkyard Brewing. This is a casual brewery where you may eat food you order from other locations, including the Sol Ave. Kitchen restaurant next door, serving "globally and thoughtfully inspired street food with a Midwest twist." We will be there 4:30-7:30, so please come when you are able. Participants will need to pay for their own food and drink.
Breakfast will be provided by the conference Saturday and Sunday.
Lunch will be provided by the conference on Saturday.
Jessica Striker will host a dinner at her home on Saturday night. Directions will be provided at the conference.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate them on the conference registration form.
