How do I get a background check?

Background checks are a quick and simple process at most local Sheriff offices. You can go to any location of your choice. The instructions below are for the Fayette County Sheriff Office. Please download the background check form and return completed to the address below.

There's no charge if you state it's for volunteer purposes at the school.

Where do I submit it once it's complete?

Please email a copy of your background check to Ms. Simmons bobbie@genesisconsultinggroupllc.com.

You can also deliver a copy to the school Attn: Ms. Simmons.
