Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Wonderple Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) in connection with the use of GP32 Pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
① These Terms become effective when they are posted within the Service or on a website provided by the Company.
② The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. If the Terms are modified, the Company will notify Users of the changes and their effective date through the Service or a website provided by the Company.
③ Users may stop using the Service if they do not agree to the modified Terms. If a User continues to use the Service after the modified Terms take effect, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
① The Company may modify or update the features, configuration, or method of providing the Service as necessary to ensure stable operation and improve the Service.
② The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Where reasonably possible, the Company will provide advance notice. If advance notice is not possible due to circumstances that are difficult to predict, the Company may provide notice afterward.
① Users may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting the app will terminate the User’s use of the Service.
② The Company may restrict or suspend a User’s use of the Service if the User violates applicable laws or these Terms, or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
① GP32 Pro is provided as a paid application through Google Play. Payments and purchases are subject to Google Play’s policies.
② For detailed information regarding refunds for purchases made through Google Play, please refer to the Google Play Refund Policy.
① Except as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the use of the Service unless such damages are caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or negligence.
② The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government regulations, or failures of telecommunications networks or service facilities.
③ The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions or damages caused by a User’s own actions or negligence.
