The Constitution of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Ruland 

Definitions

USPWR: United Socialist Party of West Ruland

CSS: Committee of State Security

Supreme Leader: Head of State and Government, Comrade Liam Hare

DPRR: Democratic People's Republic of Ruland

Politburo: The highest committee of decision making in the DPRR

Article 1. 

The Democratic Republic of Ruland is a independent Socialist State that is runned by the Supreme Leader and delegated officials (e.g. Politburo Members, Directors and Ministers) of the Supreme Leader

Article 2.

All power of the Democratic Republic of Ruland belongs to the state

Article 3.

All ethnic groups of the United Socialist Republic of Ruland are treated equally

Article 4.

The Supreme Leader is ultimately in charge of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Ruland including all levels of State, Government and the USPWR

Article 5.

The executive body of the DPRR is the Politburo

Article 6.

Politburo members and Ministers are selected only by the Supreme Leader

Article 7.

The First Vice is 2nd incharge of the State, Government and USPWR

Article 8.

All means of production belong to the government

Article 9.

All businesses and corporations operating within the DPRR will be a subject to the government

Article 10.

All citizens have the right to candidate to become a Member of the DPRR Congress

Article 11.

The USPWR is the only political party allowed to be in the Democratic Peoples Republic of Ruland

Article 12.

Citizens of the DPRR like the freedom of religion

The freedom of religion can be practised but is not allowed to be propagated or practised in public spaces (not including places for religion)

Article 13.

Citizens of the DPRR get equal pay for equal work

Article 14.

Citizens of the DPRR have the right to rest and have a break

Article 15.

Females and Males are treated with equal rights in the DPRR

Article 16.

Citizens of the DPRR have the right to petition and make complaints to the state and government

Article 17.

It is the duty of every citizen of the DPRR to defend the homeland

Article 18.

It is the duty of every citizen to contribute to working in the DPRR

Article 19.

If the Supreme Leader role is vacant the First Vice will be the Supreme Leader, while the Politburo selects a new First Vice

Article 20.

The appointing Minister to a committee/council/ministry can delegate committee/council/ministry officials e.g. Director, Secretary while independent committees/councils officials are selected by SupCom members, ultimately Politburo members, First Vice and Supreme Leader can delegate committee/council/ministry officials

Article 21.

It is prohibited to damage the government, state and Supreme Leader

Article 22.

The Democratic People's Republic of Ruland is a Authoritarian Socialist State

Article 23.

The government is allowed to regulate everything 

Article 24.

The constitution can only be changed by the Supreme Leader

Article 25.

The primary advisories are the Central Committee and National Congress

Article 26.

Peoples from the National Congress can be promoted to the Central Committee by members of the Politburo or above

Article 27.

Members of the Central Committee, Politburo and above (e.g. Supreme Leader and First Vice) are the only peoples that can initiate a enquiry

Article 28.

The currency used by the Democratic People's Republic of Ruland is the People's Rulandic Credit (PRC)

Article 29.

Law Enforcement in the Democratic People's Republic of Ruland is the National Law Enforcement Ministry (NLEM) for all laws in the DPRR and the Committee of State Security (CSS) for laws on a Political level and serious National threats, the only peoples who can command or order the CSS is the Political Bureau and High Ranking Officials apart of the Committee of State Security

The Constitution can be advised to change by the Ministry of Administrative Efficiency (MAE) or USPWR Officials

Article 31.

Judges are chosen by the Minister of Law Enforcement or Politburo

Article 32.

The Supreme Leader is above every authority and leadership structure of the Democratic People's Republic of Ruland.

Article 33.

The Democratic People's Republic of Ruland believes equal work means equal benefits

(This means that harder you work more benefits you will get like for example more income and less taxation)

People's have the right to request a Personal Digital Banking Card System (PDBCS) if they live in Western Australia

The Premier of the Democratic People's Republic of Ruland and Supreme Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Ruland has a unlimited money bank account for leading the state and government

The Central Committee has Members can specialize and make decisions in a certain sector that they specialize in the titles are called

• Central Industry Councilor

• Central Media and Communications Councilor

• Central Economic Councilor

• Central Business Regulatory Councilor

• Central Science and Research Councilor

• Central Administrative Efficiency Councilor

• Central Propaganda and Art Councilor

Article 37

The Political Bureau is the Highest organ of the Democratic People's Republic of Ruland

A Member of the Political Bureau and above is allowed to select Central Committee Specialists Members but must be documented in a Politburo Member Order
