The current Prince and Grand Master is Harvey Galloway, the inaugural holder governing as sovereign,  addressed  by the title of "Most Eminent Highness Grand Masters are is elected to a one-year term and may be elected consecutively.  

Columbia is an Anglican lay religious order rooted in American loyalism and tradition of a military, chivalric, and noble nature. Members are not required to be Anglican with a majority religious active in other denominations. Though it possesses no territory, the order is constitutionally a sovereign entity.  

The Order is a self-proclaimed sovereignty entity,  conducting diplomatic relations, entering into treaties, and issuing our own passports, coins and postage stamps. With two headquarters buildings in the United States located in Denver and Dover. For reference the order is similar to the Order of Malta.
