The Nardovian Republic, in full exercise of its sovereignty, hereby declares the possibility of establishing diplomatic relations with states and micronations that meet the criteria outlined in its Constitution. Nardovian recognition is a sovereign act, governed by Title IV – International Relations of the National Constitution.
In order to be eligible for official recognition by Nardovia, a state must meet the following minimum requirements:
Possess a flag, coat of arms, and national anthem with a serious and official character;
Not incorporate fictional elements into its official history;
Have at least a year of continuous existence;
Have a constituted and functioning government;
Not claim fictional territories.
Nardovia may grant three levels of recognition, depending on the institutional development of the requesting entity:
Full Diplomatic Recognition: granted to states that fulfil all requirements and with whom official relations are established.
Limited Recognition: applied to transitional states, particularly those that have yet to establish a functioning government.
Informal Relations: extended to entities that do not yet meet the minimum existence period.
Proposals for recognition or revocation may be submitted to the Government through the National Council. However, the final decision — whether to recognise or to revoke recognition — rests solely with the President of the Republic.
States or entities wishing to initiate diplomatic contact with the Nardovian Republic are invited to submit a formal communication email addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via the official email: gov.nardovia@gmail.com. This correspondence must include the following:
The official name of the state or entity;
Date of official foundation;
Description and visual presentation of national symbols (flag, coat of arms, anthem);
Structure and identification of the current government;
A formal declaration confirming the absence of fictional elements in both historical narrative and territorial claims.
All submissions will be reviewed individually, in light of the constitutional principles and the foreign policy priorities of the Republic of Nardovia.
The Government reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification before a final decision is made.
