The Republic of Frondia, often just referred to as a micronation, Â is an online, virtual community located in the Republic of the Philippines. The micronation was officially founded on the 4th of May, 2026. It is one of the newest micronations to be established in the Philippine Micronational Community/Sector as of writing. Frondia is a democratic, republican state that is under a provisional constitution as of writing. It is currently led by Micho Lanuza, serving as its first President. Frondia has over 6 citizens and it continues to grow as it admits more and more members into the community.
Frondia was first established under the means of further exploration of the micronational community by its two founders, Micho Lanuza and Harry Mendoza, who were both former Balzians (former citizens of the Republic of Balzi). What was originally an unpracticable plan turned into a successful initiative as Frondia today continues to grow and prosper. Frondia has connected with over 10 states, communities, and micronations, continuing to expand and diversify its foreign relations from across the globe.
