History:

Our nation was formed on April 3rd, due to where the U.S.A was heading. So, The Kingdom of Gottuberall was declared! However, after many independence wars, which were later resolved with no harm to our territory's! So, it was decided to become a Nationalist Republic! Our Anthem goes as Such: Final War, National Anthem( inspired by our war of defense against our enemies!):

To rid the commie scum from our land

Ideology:

The Nationalist republic of Gottuberall  is a National Capitalist Republic, With its Capital in the City of Gottisgrea! National Capitalism is a ideology where the Free market runs as it does under any other free nation, but the Government is allowed to promote National Values, like Christianity, and allow its citizens to own more defense weapons! We Have a constitution, and it now it is on here!

Section 1: Government

Article 1: Religion

Christianity is the backbone of a functional society. All major victorious powers have been predominantly christian. Gottuberall, in order to stay prosperous, must be a nation with god. So the government of the nation shall be allowed to Promote God's word in any way it sees fit. The Government Shant, however, persecutes on religion. People must be allowed freedom of religion, even if they are misguided. So, The government is allowed to build a church anywhere it likes. However, the Government cannot mandate what the church teaches of God's word. That would water down God's word. The church is independent, but is sponsored by the Government, not controlled. 

Article 2: Branches and Powers

The Nationalist Republic's Government shall have 3 branches. 

The Presidential Branch is elected by the people directly, and is headed by the President. He has no term limit, and can only be put out of office by a referendum called by the Parliament and approved by the Court. The Referendum must have above 50% support among the Parliament, have unanimous court support, and have above  50% support of people. The President can Override the Legislatures proposals, and the president can make any law he likes, but it is removed when he leaves office and must be approved by the next president to continue.  He May also without judicial or parliamentary approval make a emergency budget if one is failed to be agreed upon. 

The Parliamentary Branch is elected by the people directly, and is headed by the Deputy President, who is appointed by the president.   The Parliamentary branch is allowed to: Approve treaties, Call Referendums on Positions, Create its own commissions, Work with the president on a budget, and hold sessions to convince the court of a constitutional violation. It is headed by the Deputy President. 

The Judicial Branch is appointed by the regions premiers, and there are 4. ( Gottisgrea(the capital), Gunia, Sila Bogov, G.S.R, Gymnasial) The president must approve them, and if the regions fail to appoint one, the president gets to appoint one. The Judges serve for life. They determine if a branch or commission or agency is violating the constitution, and override the violation and make a interim law. 

Article 3: Military and Investigation

A Strong Military is the backbone of any nation. Gottuberall also needs one. Gottuberalls Military shall have 6 Branches. The Gottube Army, the National Air Force, The Coast Guard, the Navy, the Space Command, and the Gottuberall Intelligence Agency. The Government can do anything it needs to fund it. ( and the churches) We will also establish the Gottuberall Investigation Service to keep crime in hand nationally. The President appoints high members, and is the Supreme Leader of all of Them, and the Chief Detective of the GIS, and Chief Operative of the GIA. The government, with agreement between the Parliament and President, can conscript into the army.

 The People have the Following Rights:

Right to life ( which begins at conception)

Right to Fair Trial

Right to bear Weapons ( Except for WMDs)

Right to Believe in God

Right to Fair trial

Right to vote (13+)( Must pass mental competency test)

Right to Property ( Except for owning people)

Right to Free movement

RIght to education

Right to have a lawyer

Right to Expression

RIght to Information

Armed Forces:

Our Nation is proud of its Airforce, Army. Navy, And Coast Guard! They have all been battle tested and proven in our wars, so our people can be safe! We also have the GIA(Gottuberall Intelligence Agency), to investigate our enemies, and the NIO( National Investigation Office),  to keep our people safe of the beloved police cannot handle it!

The Nationalist Republic of Gottuberall is a proud member of the Gottisgrea Pact, a pact with its ally, The Kingdom of Omni. The Gottisgrea pact is a alliance Dedicated to the Economic and Military Security of the Member States.
