When you use the Go Task mobile application ("App"), you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy and explain what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the App, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise contacting us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (securely managed via Firebase Authentication).
App Usage Data: We collect data related to your in-app activities, such as coin balance, withdrawal transaction history, daily check-in streaks, game completion statuses, and referral codes.
Device Information: We collect basic device information, such as your Android version, device model, and unique device identifiers to ensure app functionality, prevent fraud, and serve appropriate advertisements.
Payment Details: For processing withdrawals, we collect your UPI ID. We do not store your bank account or credit card numbers.
We use the information we collect or receive for the following purposes:
To facilitate account creation and logon process: We use the information you provided to allow you to log in to the App and manage your account.
To manage your rewards and withdrawals: We use your coin balance, game history, and UPI ID to review and process your withdrawal requests manually.
To prevent fraud and abuse: We monitor device data and account activity to detect and prevent misuse of the app, ensuring a fair environment for all users.
To serve advertisements: We use third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob) that may collect device data and identifiers to serve relevant ads.

We use Google's Firebase services (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) to securely store your data. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, the transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your account directly within the App's settings, or you can contact our support team to request data deletion. Upon request, we will delete your email, UPI details, and transaction history from our active databases.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
