Yearly we hold a conference, “The infant who is changing the world”. This conference provides us with the opportunity to grow in Christ by getting to know God and His truth, and also to spark in the Young Adults of Kharkiv and surrounding areas a desire to grow in Spiritual maturity.
"FOLLOW ME", KAYAKING TRIP
(July)
Yearly, we hold an evangelistic kayaking trip, “Follow Me”. We gather about 20-30 unbelievers and spend a few days with them camping and kayaking while using the opportunity to witness to them about Christ.
"J4M", MEN's CONFERENCE
(July)
Yearly, we hold a Men’s Conference called, “J4M”. This conference is for our fellow brothers in Christ for the purpose of helping them grow in Spiritual maturity with a focus on their particular circumstances.
HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS TO WAR TORN AREAS
(Monthly)
Monthly, we make trips to the area around the active war zone to provide humanitarian aid to the residents who have suffered loss as a result of the war. The goal of these trips is to not only to give material help, but to use that as a means to preach the Gospel. Beginning in 2016, the group from the church has being making these trips during which they meet in prayer groups, and hold a worship service.
PLANTING AND SUPPORT OF CHURCHES IN OLEKSANDRIIA, ZAPORIZHIA, AND KARLIVKA REGIONS
We have a strong desire to plant and grow new churches. At the time we have three churches that we support ( in the Oleksandriia, Zaporizhia, and Karlivka regions). Our leadership regularly makes trips to these cities to help in their services and needs.
MATERIAL SUPPORT AND CARE FOR THE SICK
Works of mercy are a very important part of the Christian life. We stream to compassionately serve those brothers and sisters who are sick and are in need of support including the elderly in our midst. Nastia (on the photo below) is our sister who currently fights with Hodgkin's lymphoma. We support her prayerfully and financially while she receives treatment in Turkey.
YOUTUBE MINISTRY
As the world spends more and more time online, we pay particular attention to our online presence. We post our gatherings, including Sunday sermons on Youtube. We also have particular videos/live stream events just online (e.g. “Theological Couch”, “What Shall I Read”). As of today we have nearly 2000 subscribers who are reached through this means.
