APPLICATION FOR CHARITY FUNDING BY GOSHEN AID

We write to you as a non-profit and non-governmental organization; GOSHEN AID. GOSHEN AID is a group that seeks to provide the basic needs of children and neglected aged in our local communities. We have over the year participated in giving soaps, visitation meals and a few items to people living in markets and slums in Adenta and Madina. In our next project, we intend to in our smallest way, assist young women in their puberty with sanitary pads,Bathing soaps,Deodorant and Washing powders.

And because  its Christmas we would also cook and distribute.

Due to the state of the economy, the price of sanitary towels has greatly increased, equalling the price of a decent meal; currently GHȼ18.00 and is subject to any increment in the event the cedi depreciates any further. Looking at the consequences of such which are some women being compelled to use pieces of cloth during their menstrual flow and the issue of hygiene, GOSHEN AID has come to a decision to provide for a number of 500 women (each woman receiving 2 packets); totalling 1000 sanitary pads in our next project. Meeting this target and more requires the financial contribution from dedicated and willing donors.

We write humbly asking for your kind contribution of any amount capable of support. This contribution will go a long way to making the next project of GOSHEN AID a success and will be greatly beneficial to the 500 women who shall be blessed with same.
