This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use, and disclose Your information when You use the Service, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how they're protected.
I use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Username, display name, User ID, avatar/profile selections
Why: To identify You in the Service, let other players see You (this is a multiplayer game), and keep Your account and progress tied together across sessions
Shared with: Other players (username/avatar only, since gameplay is multiplayer)
Device IP address, device type, OS, browser type/version
Why: To operate the Service, connect You to multiplayer sessions, diagnose problems, and keep the game secure
Shared with: Photon Networking, which provides the multiplayer/networking functionality
Feature usage, session time/duration, access times
Why: To understand how the game is used and improve it
Shared with: Not shared, except in aggregated/anonymized form
In-app purchase records, transaction IDs, entitlements
Why: To deliver the content or item You purchased and provide purchase support
Shared with: The platform store (e.g., Meta Horizon Store, Steam, App Store) that processed the payment
Device identifiers, IP address, moderation reports
Why: To enforce bans and respond to appeals, and to keep multiplayer sessions safe and fair
Shared with: Not shared, except where legally required
I do not collect Your full payment card number or bank details — those are handled entirely by the platform store or payment processor You purchase through.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for You to access all or part of the Service.
Application refers to Huss Room's and Omny Mods, the multiplayer games I developed.
Country refers to: North Carolina, United States
Developer (referred to as "I", "Me", or "My" in this Privacy Policy) refers to the individual developer who created and operates the Service. There is no separate company; I develop and operate the Service as an individual.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cell phone, a digital tablet, or a VR/AR headset.
Personal Data (or "Personal Information") is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. I use "Personal Data" and "Personal Information" interchangeably unless a law uses a specific term.
Service refers to the Applications.
Service Provider means any third-party company or individual that processes data on My behalf to help operate the Service — for example, to provide multiplayer networking.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a play session).
User ID means a unique identifier assigned to Your Account that allows the Service to recognize You across sessions, distinct from any username You choose to display.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Types of Data Collected
User Profile Data
When You create an Account or use the Service, I collect the following information to establish and manage Your user profile:
- Your chosen in-game username or display name
- Your User ID (a unique account identifier generated by the Service)
- Your avatar or profile customization selections, if applicable
- Any other information You choose to add to Your profile
This information is used to identify You within the Service, display You to other players in multiplayer sessions, and maintain Your Account across sessions.
User ID
I assign each Account a persistent User ID. This identifier is used internally to:
- Associate Your Account with Your saved data, progress, and settings
- Link Your purchases and entitlements to Your Account
- Distinguish Your Account from others sharing the same or a similar username
The User ID does not change even if You update Your display name, and it is not shared publicly.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type and operating system, browser type and version (where applicable), the features of the Service that You use, the time and date of Your access, the time spent in the Service, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device or headset, I may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device You use, Your device's unique ID, the IP address of Your device, Your device's operating system, and other diagnostic data.
I may also collect information that Your browser or client sends whenever You access the Service.
Multiplayer Data
Because this is a multiplayer game, some information — such as Your username, avatar, and in-session actions — is visible to other players You are matched or grouped with during gameplay. Connection data (such as IP address) is processed by the networking Service Provider (Photon Networking, described below) to establish multiplayer sessions between players.
In-App Purchases and Downloadable Content
If the Service offers in-app purchases, virtual currency, virtual items, or downloadable content ("DLC"), I and/or My payment processing partners (such as the applicable platform store, e.g., Meta Horizon Store, Steam, or the App Store) may collect and process:
- A record of items, currency, or content You have purchased or unlocked
- Transaction identifiers associated with Your purchase
- The date and time of the transaction
- Your entitlements (which purchased items or content are associated with Your Account)
I do not collect or store Your full payment card number, bank details, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment transactions are processed directly by the applicable platform store or payment processor, and are subject to that platform's own privacy policy. I only receive confirmation of the transaction and the entitlement associated with it, which I use to grant You access to the purchased item or content and to provide purchase-related support (e.g., resolving a missing item or processing a refund request through the platform).
Device Ban and Moderation Data
To maintain the safety, integrity, and fair use of the Service, I may use the following information for moderation purposes, including issuing, enforcing, or reviewing bans:
- Your Device's unique identifiers
- Your IP address
- Your User ID and/or in-game username
- A record of reported or moderated behavior associated with Your Account or Device
This information allows Me to identify and restrict access for Accounts or Devices that violate My terms of service or community guidelines, and to review or respond to appeals of such enforcement actions. I retain this information only as long as necessary to enforce and review moderation decisions.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
I may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including to monitor its usage and keep multiplayer sessions running.
- To manage Your Account: including Your User ID and profile information.
- To process in-app purchases and deliver content: to fulfill purchases of virtual items, currency, or downloadable content, and to maintain a record of Your entitlements.
- To enforce bans and moderate the Service: to detect violations of My terms of service or community guidelines, and to issue, enforce, or review device or account bans.
- To contact You: by email or other equivalent electronic communication, such as push notifications, regarding updates or important information related to the Service, including security updates.
- To manage Your requests: to respond to and manage requests You send Me.
- For other purposes: such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving the Service and Your experience.
I may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: I share connection data with Photon Networking to provide multiplayer functionality.
- With platform stores and payment processors: I share purchase and entitlement data with the applicable platform store (e.g., Meta Horizon Store, Steam, App Store) to process transactions and deliver purchased content.
- With other players: Since the Service is multiplayer, Your username, avatar, or other profile information is visible to other players You are matched with in-game.
- With Your consent: I may disclose Your Personal Data for any other purpose with Your consent.
- Legal reasons: as described in "Disclosure of Your Personal Data" below.
RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
I retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements and policies.
Where possible, I apply shorter retention periods and/or reduce identifiability by deleting, aggregating, or anonymizing data. Unless otherwise stated, the retention periods below are maximum periods ("up to"), and I may delete or anonymize data sooner when it is no longer needed for the relevant purpose.
Account Information
User Accounts, including User ID and profile data: retained for the duration of Your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure to handle any post-termination issues or resolve disputes.
Purchase and Entitlement Data
Purchase history and entitlement records: retained for the duration of Your account relationship and up to 24 months after account closure, or longer where required to comply with financial recordkeeping or tax obligations.
Device Ban and Moderation Data
Device identifiers, IP addresses, and moderation records used for bans: retained for as long as necessary to enforce the relevant ban and to review or process any appeal, and up to 24 months thereafter for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Usage Data
Application usage statistics: up to 24 months to understand feature adoption and service improvements.
Server logs (IP addresses, access times): up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.
I may retain Personal Data beyond the periods stated above where: I'm legally required to (e.g., financial records for tax authorities); it's needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; You've asked Me to retain specific information; or it exists in backup systems scheduled for routine deletion.
You may request information about how long I will retain Your Personal Data by contacting Me.
When retention periods expire, I securely delete or anonymize Personal Data:
- Deletion: Personal Data is removed from My systems and no longer actively processed.
- Backup retention: Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with My backup retention schedule and are not restored except where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.
- Anonymization: In some cases, I convert Personal Data into anonymous statistical data that cannot be linked back to You. This anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research and analytics.
TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed and stored on servers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, I take reasonable steps to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.
DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to delete, or request that I assist in deleting, the Personal Data I've collected about You, including Your profile data, User ID, and purchase history, subject to the exceptions below.
How to request deletion:
- Within the app: If the Service offers account settings, You can delete certain information about Yourself directly from within the Service.
- By email: You may request deletion of Your Personal Data at any time by emailing Me at nt823842123@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including the username or User ID associated with Your account. I will confirm receipt of Your request and complete it, or explain why I cannot, within 30 days.
- What happens next: Once a deletion request is processed, Your profile data, User ID association, and stored Usage Data will be deleted or anonymized. Purchase records required for tax/financial compliance, and moderation records tied to an active ban, may be retained as described in the Retention section above, but will no longer be used for any other purpose.
Please note that I may need to retain certain information — such as purchase records required for tax compliance, or moderation records tied to an active ban — when I have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Law enforcement
Under certain circumstances, I may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Other legal requirements
I may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend My rights or property
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- Protect the personal safety of players or the public
- Protect against legal liability
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Me, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Photon Networking

Payments
In-app purchases made through the Service are processed by the applicable platform store (e.g., Meta Horizon Store, Steam, or the App Store). These platforms act as independent processors of Your payment information and are governed by their own privacy policies, which I encourage You to review.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Me with Personal Data, please contact Me. If I become aware that I have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, I take steps to remove that information from My servers.
If I need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, I may require Your parent's consent before I collect and use that information.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Service may contain links to other websites that I do not operate. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. I strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
