These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of gorelegacy-insurance.com and related websites, forms, and landing pages (the "Sites") operated by Gore Legacy Insurance LLC ("Gore Legacy Insurance," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Sites or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

Gore Legacy Insurance is a licensed life insurance agency. Our Sites allow you to request information about life insurance coverage, including mortgage protection and final expense options, and to be contacted by a licensed agent. We do not offer loans or mortgage lending.
2. No Guarantee of Coverage
Submitting a request does not guarantee coverage or a specific rate. Coverage, eligibility, and pricing depend on the insurance carrier's underwriting and approval and may vary based on factors such as age, health, state of residence, and the plan selected. Information on our Sites is for general informational purposes and is not a contract or offer of insurance.
3. Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request. You confirm that the phone number and email address you provide belong to you or that you are authorized to provide them.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Gore Legacy Insurance LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages relate to your life insurance request and may include follow-ups on your inquiry, appointment reminders and confirmations, requested quotes or policy information, and application status updates.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting a request for insurance information.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you reply STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information in Section 9.
- Carriers and mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability may vary by carrier.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Sites for any unlawful purpose, to submit information that belongs to someone else without permission, to interfere with the operation of the Sites, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Sites.
6. Intellectual Property
