The 2026 Manitoulin Firefighter Challenge will take place in Gore Bay on May 30th, 2026. More details on the exact location and schedule will be posted closer to the date.

The challenge is a friendly competition between fire departments across the region. Teams compete in high-energy events that simulate real-life firefighting tasks, showcasing strength, speed, and teamwork.

Yes! Community members are welcome to come out, watch the events, and cheer on their local teams. Spectator details will be shared once finalized.
Spectators and non-competing guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation.
