This event was the brainchild of Northshore firefighter Ryan Pfaff. We (Gore Bay Fire Dept) participated in the Northshore challenge in 2024, and after that, I knew I had to bring this to the Island. With a lot of help from Ryan and his crew, we are making this happen. 

This event is run by Firefighters, for Firefighters, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards. Our intent is to create an annual event that benefits the growth of firefighters, encourages both old and new members, boosts team morale, and helps our communities.
