Gaurav Bhatnagar is with Computer Vision and Sensing Systems Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Windsor, ON, Canada. He received his Ph.D. degree in interdisciplinary area of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, in 2010 and 2005, respectively. His research interests lie in the broad area of wavelet and fractional transform theory, with applications in digital watermarking, encryption techniques, biometrics and mathematical image analysis. He has co-authored more than 40 journal articles and conference proceedings, and has contributed to two books in his area of interest.
He is a member of several professional bodies, including IEEE and ACM. He is associated with several reputed journals, as the technical committee member, which includes IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensic and Security, Future Generation Computer Systems, Signal Processing, Digital Signal Processing, IET Image Processing, Multimedia Tools and Applications, Journal of Systems and Software and Computer and Electrical Engineering.
