Return Policy

At Go Pharmacy India Platform we strive to make sure that orders placed by you are delivered as per your satisfaction. However in point of view of any disagreement with orders we are happy to take return back our orders as per your (Order Requestor) request only if,

· You have received items not matching with order placed by you.

· Delivered items are found damaged or short at your door step in sealed and packed box delivered by us (Go Pharmacy India)

· Items existing in order having lesser expiry date that is within 3 month from date of Invoice.

· The patient has developed any allergies after taking thee medicine add and the doctor has changed the prescribed medicines , Medicines can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery .

Note:- Your kindly advised not to accept any package of order if it is found tempered or damaged at the time of delivery. Please check properly items found physically in delivered box with order placed by you in case any discrepancies immediate raise a concern with supporting images of discrepancies to return desk of Go Pharmacy India with reference of order no. Replacement for requested returned medicine is subjected to availability of replacement in stock.

Returns are subjected to following conditions.

ü Items returned must be in original (Packed by Manufacturer) packaging that is bar codes, labels and other information must be in intact condition.

ü Partially used medicine will not be returned that is full pack of medicine will be entertained for return only.

ü Batch no of medicine should be matched with batch no mentioned on invoice.

ü Original sales invoice should be returned for processing of returned and refund.

We do not accept return in following conditions:-

Ø Partially used or opened strips, sachets, bottles, etc.

Ø Products to be stored in specific storage system (temperature controlled) cannot be returned

(Vials, Injections, vaccines, penfills etc).

Ø Second time return request against same products.

Return Process:-

If your order is fulfilling all conditions suitable for return described above then you can raise a return with 7 days from the date of delivery. Please raise a request on mail, mobile application or on what’s app or by call to 0522-4337771. Any return request can be verified and confirmed by Go Pharmacy India through asked images/videos of returnable items. All refunds against return are subjected to verification and review by our return team. If you have a made a payment against any order to Go Pharmacy India and its return/refund is requested, then refund will be processed after 3 days of return received at our distribution centre subjected to verification return requested vs. physically return received at Go Pharmacy India

Return and Refund for third party affiliate:-

Return and refund for orders placed by our third party affiliates will be addressed by respective affiliate partner. Go Pharmacy India will not be responsible for any refund for the payment initiated through third party affiliate.

Refund Timelines:- Refund for any qualified return will be processed through the payment mode/method at the time of purchase except cash on delivery cases.

v If Payment mode is through debit or Credit card then refund time frame will be 7-10 days and refund will be done in same debit/credit card .

v If Payment method is NEFT (National electronic payment transfer) then refund will be initiated with same method to payee bank account.

v For order delivered against cash on delivery payment method then refund will be initiated in customer bank account via NEFT. Bank account name should match with name of customer Go Pharmacy India account.

v Refund timeline is depending upon bank turnaround time and RBI guidelines, Business days shall mean the day on which Go Pharmacy India Corporate office is working.

For COD (Cash on delivery) orders:- For orders placed against payment method Cash on Delivery , refund can be processed in your bank account via National electronic fund transfer (NEFT) . Customer are kindly requested to raise return request along with bank account details for the orders delivered against cash on delivery payment method.

Following information will be required against orders delivered through cash on delivery payment method.

· The Bank Account Number

· IFSC Code

· Account Holder's Name

· Bank Branch

· Bank Name

Important Information:- Refund cannot be processed in third party accounts. The name on your Go Pharmacy India account should match with the bank account holder name. If you have paid by using third party account, refund will be processed in same account. NEFT refunds will typically be initiated in three business days from our end and will be credited to your account in another two or three business days. Go Pharmacy will ne be liable for any delay caused in refunds due to third part affiliate (including bank), in providing information by customer, technical issues and other reasons beyond its control.

General:-

1. Manufacture Warranty (where applicable for devices/instruments) - If the returns of the products are arising from a warranty provided by manufacturer, please direct your returns to the manufacturer. Go Pharmacy India do not takes any responsibility for the warranties provided by the manufacturer and such products does not fall within the ambit of the return policy

2. Liability Maximum liability for any wilful delay caused by Go Pharmacy India, shall be limited to the actual sale consideration received by Go Pharmacy India or the amount refundable to customer, whichever may be lesser.

For the purposes of clarity, the words “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” refer to the Users of this Website and our Services.

Any User who does not agree with any provisions of the same is required to leave the Website immediately. Should you disagree with this policy and still continue to access the Website and provide your personal information, such act would constitute your consent and accordingly, Go Pharmacy India (GPI) disclaims all the liabilities arising there from.

Applicability: This privacy policy applies to all Users who access the Website and are therefore required to read and understand the privacy policy, before submitting any Personal Information. If you have inadvertently submitted any such information to Go Pharmacy India (GPI) prior to reading the privacy statements set out herein, and you do not agree with the manner in which such information is collected, stored or used, then you may access, modify and delete all information stored about You by writing to the Grievance Officer. Go Pharmacy India (GPI) is storing personal data of the User, and every User is also entitled to require Go Pharmacy India (GPI) to delete and destroy all such information (but not other Users).

Some User are allowed to access the Website, place orders and avail Services on the valid prescription available with Go Pharmacy India (GPI) as a guest and without creating an account on the Website or providing any Personal Information, Go Pharmacy India (GPI) takes no responsibility or validate the information provided by the guest, except as otherwise required under any law, regulation or an order of competent authority. In order to have access to all the features and benefits on our Website, a User is required to first create an account on our Website. To create an account a User is required to provide the Personal Information as may be required under the Application / Registration Form. Other information requested on the registration page, including the ability to receive promotional offers from Go Pharmacy India (GPI), is optional. Go Pharmacy India (GPI) may, in future, include other optional requests for information from the User to help Go Pharmacy India (GPI) to customize the Website to deliver personalized information to the User. This privacy policy applies to Website and services that are owned and operated by GPI (Go Pharmacy India). Go Pharmacy India (GPI) does not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within its Services. Third party websites may place their own cookies or other files on the Users' computer, collect data or solicit personal information from the Users, for which Go Pharmacy India (GPI) is not responsible or liable. Accordingly, Go Pharmacy India (GPI) does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such websites, nor does Go Pharmacy India (GPI) guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by Go Pharmacy India (GPI) of the website, the website's provider, or the information on the website. Go Pharmacy India (GPI) encourages the User to read the privacy policies of that Website.

Go Pharmacy India (GPI) has taken all reasonable precautions to treat Personal Information as confidential with industry standards that it has implemented to protect from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss of the Personal Information.

Use of your personal information: While availing our services you or your authorized representative will provide access to Go Pharmacy India (GPI) with your personal information. Your Personal Information may be shared with third parties who have a need or authority to receive such information, if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to comply with (i) in response to any authority having to receive such information under law (ii) any order of court (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of GPI (Go Pharmacy India), our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Go Pharmacy India (GPI) Representative may request you either by email, phone or letter / courier certain Personal Information (such as full legal name, address, name of your doctor, Goods that are consumed etc.), and such other information that may be required from time to time. Should Go Pharmacy India (GPI) use the Personal Information and make any analysis or understand the trends of your Personal Information and lifestyle through a certified officer, you authorise us to share the same with your doctor for a limited purpose of his understanding and validation, however Go Pharmacy India (GPI) will exclusively own such data and records, unless you opt to buy the same for a consideration payable to GPI (Go Pharmacy India).

Go Pharmacy India (GPI) does not make any unsolicited calls or otherwise market any products or services, except for in relation to the purpose for which such information has been provided or taking any feedback or addressing the complaints. User shall not disclose their Personal Information to any third Parties not authorised by Go Pharmacy India (GPI) and verify the identity of such personal who seek information. Go Pharmacy India (GPI) will communicate with the Users through email and notices posted on the Website or through other means available through the service, including text and other forms of messaging. The Users can change their e-mail and contact preferences at any time by logging into their account or by calling the customer support or such or mode available from time to time.

Go Pharmacy India (GPI) may, if you so choose, send direct mailers to you at the address given by you. You have the option to 'opt-out' of this direct mailer by way of links provided at the bottom of each mailer. We respect your privacy and to the extent that you choose not to receive such mailers, we will take all steps to remove you from the list. Should you evidence any violation of our terms and policies, please write to the Grievance Officer or call us on our call center and report such incident.

All the information provided to Go Pharmacy India (GPI) either by a User directly or through our authorised representative, including sensitive personal information, is true, accurate and voluntary. User has the right to withdraw information at any time, in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy and the Terms of Use by writing to the Grievance Officer.

Go Pharmacy India (GPI) may have to use Personal Information without reference to any personal or identity for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purpose and may sell or otherwise transfer such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates.

All Go Pharmacy India (GPI) employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of sensitive personal data or information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of every User's sensitive personal data and information.

Go Pharmacy India (GPI) may also disclose or transfer User's personal and other information which a User provides, to another third party as part of reorganization or a sale of the assets of a Go Pharmacy India (GPI) corporation division or company. Any third party to which Go Pharmacy India (GPI) transfers or sells its assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that a User provide to us.

To the extent necessary to provide Users with the services on the Website, Go Pharmacy India (GPI) may provide their Personal Information to third party contractors who work on behalf of or with Go Pharmacy India (GPI) to provide Users with such services, to help Go Pharmacy India (GPI) communicate with Users or to maintain the Website. These Terms and Conditions consists of Part A and Part B. Part A contains General Terms applicable to your use of Go Pharmacy India Platform and the Services provided by Go Pharmacy India through the Go Pharmacy India Platform. Part B contains Service Specific Terms which are applicable to each specific Service in addition to the General Terms.

Please note that all charges, discounts, benefits and other monies associated with provision of Services (as defined below) through the Go Pharmacy India Platform and particularly in relation to, including without limitation, delivery and packaging charges, additional delivery charges for availing Express Delivery Services (as defined below), cancellation charges, Minimum Order Value (as defined below), referral reward discounts, e-cash benefits, etc., shall be provided on the Go Pharmacy India Platform for Your reference and may be revised by us from time to time. Such information, as revised from time to time, shall be applicable and binding as on the date of confirmation of Your order placed through the Go Pharmacy India Platform. You are advised to check such information on charges, discounts, benefits and other monies on a regular basis and prior to placement of any order(s), and Go Pharmacy India shall not be held responsible or consequently liable in any manner whatsoever, in case You fail or neglect to do so.

PART A: GENERAL TERMS

Services.

You may use the Go Pharmacy India Platform to avail the services offered by the Go Pharmacy India (“Services”), which may include without limitation:

Prescription Orders. You may purchase prescription medicines, over the counter medicines and other health products (“Products”) through the Go Pharmacy India Platform;
E-Consultation. You may use the Go Pharmacy India Platform to avail online medical consultancy services from various medical practitioners made available by Go Pharmacy India; and
Diagnostic Services Consultancy. You may place request for Diagnostic Services on the Go Pharmacy India Platform. These Diagnostic Services are provided through best diagnostics labs collaborated with Go Pharmacy India.

Your use of any of the Services specified above shall be subject to such Service specific terms as further prescribed under these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that Go Pharmacy India retains the right to constantly update and improve its Services, including adding or removing functions, features, requirements, suspension or stopping a Service all together.
