We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the letter delivery and mailbox services.

• To allow users to search for mailboxes by username and send/receive nostalgic letters.

• To protect user privacy through optional PIN locking and block/report moderation tools.

• To sync sent and received letters securely via our cloud database.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All user profiles, mailboxes, and letters are stored securely using encrypted cloud databases (Supabase).

• We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal correspondence and prevent unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

• SoundCloud: The app embeds an official SoundCloud player widget to play background mood music ("চিঠি দিও সুর"). SoundCloud may collect usage data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
