Namaskaram! Welcome to my personal webpage!
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering (EECE) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dharwad, India since June 2023.Â
I obtained my MS (by Research) and Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Madras, India under the guidance of Dr. Krishna Jagannathan and Dr. Gaurav Raina. Subsequently, I was a Post Doctoral Researcher in the Computer Engineering and Systems Group (CESG) at Texas A&M University, College Station (main) campus, hosted by Prof. P. R. Kumar from January 2019 through January 2020. In July 2020, I joined the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at BITS-Pilani Hyderabad Campus, India as an Assistant Professor. I also hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Visveswaraya Technological University (VTU), India with my final-year project supervised by Dr. Prashant K Wali.
My research interests lie in the broad area of control and security of cyber-physical systems. My work thus far has specifically been on intelligent transportation systems, control over communication networks and security of cyber-physical systems. In general, I am interested in mathematical modeling of a real-world problem, analyzing the obtained model to obtain insight and solutions, and validating the usefulness of the solutions using hands-on implementation.
