Er. Gopal Ojha is a Computer Engineer, Independent Researcher, Civilizational Systems Theorist, Governance Theorist, Computational Civilization Designer, Philosopher, Critical Thinker, and Inventor and Innovator of multiple foundational frameworks including Stability Calculus, Computational Peace, Sarbatantra, Trustless Political Systems, CIVIC-AGENDA, Universal Nation, Universal Political Framework, and other civilizational design models developed through ongoing interdisciplinary research.

My current research focuses on trustless systems, civilizational stability, governance intelligence, institutional and Societal resilience, computational governance, and long-term societal sustainability through interdisciplinary integration of systems engineering, philosophy, AI, and distributed technologies.

Engineering with more than 8 years of interdisciplinary IT, academic, and research experience spanning computer architecture, memory hierarchy, lossless data compression techniques, blockchain and distributed ledger technology, data structures, computational governance, artificial intelligence, and systems theory.

Presented research at international conferences including IEEE ICBC and contributed to blockchain simulation systems, Ethereum Virtual Machine optimization research, and distributed computational architectures.

Developed novel deterministic and transformation-based approaches to lossless data compression and computational representation.  Experienced in academia and industry with a strong portfolio of scientific publications, research proposals, conference papers, theoretical frameworks, enterprise-grade software systems, and funded independent research projects.
