Article 1 (Agreement)

These Terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the application "Goopasha" (hereinafter referred to as the "the App") provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer").

By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (App Features and Description)

The App is a camera application that utilizes hand gesture recognition technology to allow Users to take photos and videos without touching the screen (touch-free shooting).

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.

Article 3 (Paid Features and Fees)

1. The App offers some or all of its features for a fee (one-time purchase).

2. The purchase price is subject to the amount displayed on the App Store purchase screen.

3. The App does not include any subscription (recurring billing) plans. A one-time purchase grants access to the respective features.

4. All billing transactions and refunds are governed by the App Store Terms of Service and refund policies set by Apple Inc. The Developer does not handle refunds directly.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

1. Violating laws or public order

2. Infringing the rights of others

3. Reverse engineering, modifying, or analyzing the App

4. Using the App for unlawful purposes

Article 5 (Handling of Captured Data)

1. Photos and videos captured with the App are stored only on the user's device.

2. The Developer does not access, collect, or store any captured data.

Article 6 (Privacy and Data Collection)

The App does not collect:

1. Personal information

2. Usage analytics

3. Crash logs

4. Data sent to external services

No data is transmitted outside the device.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's features, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial utility.

2. The Developer shall not be held liable for any damages (including but not limited to device failure, data loss, or shooting issues) arising from the use or inability to use the App.

3. The hand gesture recognition feature of the App may not function correctly depending on the surrounding environment (brightness, background, etc.) or device performance. The Developer is not responsible for any shooting failures resulting from these factors.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

1. The Developer may update these Terms as needed.

2. Revised Terms become effective when posted within the App or on the official website.

3. Users who continue to use the App after such changes shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the Developer's region.
