How to write everyday:
Realize you don't need large chuncks of time to make progress
Writing is thinking
You can write even if you are feeling inspired
Set weekly writing goals
Set a 30 min timer and stop when timer goes off!
Do a daily check in
Review weekly writing goals
Review priorities (don't tell other things walk over your writing time) and reflect (5 mins):
How do I feel about my progress?
What good things happened?
What do I need to adjust next week?
Reward yourself!
How to plan for the week in 30 mins
Have a check-in (probably Sundays)
Set up the skeleton (5 mins) - Block time commitments on your calendar
Brain dump (10 mins) - Create a list of to-do tasks (use project maps to figure what long-term items need to get done)
Tasks meet time (15 mins) - Assign each task a specific block of time and decide what to do with tasks that don't fit into your calendar
