🎟️Attendee Rules 

1. If you arrive before the event opening time, please queue up in arrival order. The lines will be separated into the VIP attendee line and the General entry line. General entry tickets will be sold from 9.00 am onwards and the door for general entry will open at 10.30 am (VIP Entry at 10.00 am).

• Ticket collection for VIP attendees: please collect your ticket from 9.00 am onwards and no later than 9.45 am. 

2. Strong-smelling food is not allowed in the event. And please kindly keep our venue clean. 

3. Do not block merch tables or leave your belongings on the walkway.

4. Shouting and loud noises are not allowed. Please be respectful towards your fellow attendees.

5. Discrimination and criticism against ships, relationship positions, kinks, personal preferences or comments on Good Omens, The Sandman and Our Flag Means Death are not to be tolerated.

6. Price cutting and asking for discounts from merch tables are not allowed.  

7.  R18 content merch cannot be viewed or read in the event area.

8. Please take care of your personal belongings. The staff team will not be responsible for lost items. 

9. Staff decision is final.

✴ Mr. Fell and Co. highly recommend that attendees bring their own shopping bags to reduce plastic use. 

 🎟️กฎผู้ร่วมงานทั่วไป  

1. หากผู้ร่วมงานมาถึงก่อนเวลาเปิดงาน สต๊าฟขอความร่วมมือให้นั่งเข้าเเถวกันเป็นระเบียบ โดยแยกเป็นแถวผู้ซื้อบัตรหน้างานและผู้รับบัตร VIP (ซื้อออนไลน์เท่านั้น) เรียบร้อยในบริเวณที่จัดไว้ให้ ตั๋วเข้างานจะเริ่มจำหน่ายตั้งเเต่เวลาประมาณ 9.00 น.เป็นต้นไป เเละจะเปิดในเข้างานอย่างเป็นทางการในเวลา 10.30 น. (บัตร VIP  สามารถเข้างานได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00) 

• ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ทำการสั่งซื้อตั๋วVIPไว้ ขอให้มาทำการลงทะเบียนรับบัตรจากทางสต๊าฟหลังจากเวลา 9.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ไม่เกินเวลา 9.45 น.

2. ไม่นำอาหารกลิ่นเเรงเข้ามาในบริเวณที่จัดงานเเละรักษาความสะอาดในบริเวณงาน

3. ไม่ยืนขวางหน้าเซอเคิลต่าง ๆ เเละห้ามวางสัมภาระกีดขวางทางเดิน

4. ไม่ส่งเสียงดัง เคารพเเละให้เกียรติผู้ร่วมงานท่านอื่นๆ

5. ไม่วิจารณ์คู่ชิป/โพซิชั่น / ความคิดเห็นต่อซีรีย์ Good Omens, The Sandman และ  Our Flag Means Death  / รสนิยม และความชอบส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น 

6. ห้ามต่อราคาสินค้าเเละห้ามวิจารณ์ผลงานของศิลปินทุกท่านไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น เพื่อเป็นการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยเเละรักษาน้ำใจระหว่างกันภายในงาน

7. ห้ามเปิดอ่านงานที่มีเนื้อหา R18 ภายในบริเวณงาน 

8. กรุณารักษาสิ่งของมีค่าไว้กับตัวตลอดเวลา หากมีทรัพย์สินสูญหาย ทางทีมสต๊าฟจะไม่รับผิดชอบไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น 

9. การตัดสินใจของสต๊าฟถือเป็นที่สุด 

✴ ทางคุณอซิราและเพื่อนขอความร่วมมือผู้ร่วมงานทุกท่านพกถุงผ้ามาใช้ในการจับจ่ายใช้สอย เพื่อลดการใช้ถุงพลาสติกด้วยนะคะ

🖼️Exhibitor rules and regulations

1. In 1 SP (Approximately 90cm * 60 cm table), the exhibitor will receive 2 exhibitor passes and 1 chair. ( Exhibitor can request for 1 additional chair per SP) and one exhibitor can only have 2 SP maximum.

2. Exhibitors must have their exhibitor pass visible at all times to avoid confusion between staff and attendees. If an exhibitor doesn’t have their pass for identification, they may be asked to leave the exhibitor area or to join the general attendees.

3. Exhibitors are allowed to set up their merch table from 8.00 am onwards. We suggest the merch table be ready before 9.30 am as the staff will run the final checking before the VIP entry at 10.00 am and general entry at 10.30 am. Exhibitors are free to leave the event before the event ends at 4.00 pm. The merch table must be cleared before the end of the event.

4. Eligible goods must not include the official Good Omens, Our Flag Means Death, and The Sandman logos, screenshots from the shows, photographs or artworks that are not created by the exhibitor. If the staff find any merchandise violating the mentioned conditions, the exhibitor will be asked to put away the prohibited items.

              a. If you are uncertain whether your products fall into the prohibited category or not, please consult the staff team before the event.
              b. Consignments are welcome with evidence of the owner authorizing confirmation to the exhibitor. This could be a document, email or other formats of written confirmation.
              c. Staff decision is final.

5. Fan books with any R18/NSFW content need to be sealed. Staff will provide the seal sticker for your product as it is an agreement for event attendees to not read or reveal R18/NSFW goods within the event area.  Exhibitors are required to check IDs which show the customers' date of birth before selling as the buyer should be older than 18 years old to purchase an R18 product.

6. One table will be divided into 2 exhibition spaces. The exhibitor should keep their products in their space and not infringe on the neighbour's space. Luggage, bags and other personal belongings should be kept under the table or behind the chair(s.)

7. Please prepare your own change and carrier bag if applicable. Please note that our event encourages all attendees and exhibitors to reduce the use of plastic bags. Attendees are recommended to bring their shopping bags so plastic bags will not be necessary.

8. Negative Criticism on pairing, preference of characters, kinks or Good Omens, The Sandman, Our Flag Means Death series themselves are prohibited in the event.

9. We would like to advise the exhibitor to be at their merch table at all times. In case of accidents or need of a temporary look-after person, please contact the staff for help. Please note that if any incident or loss happens during that time, the staff team cannot be held responsible.

10. In case of any issues with selling or issues with customers, please inform the staff as soon as possible.

11. Staff decision is final.

12. Exhibitors are welcome to join event activities.

🤍Selling Our Flag Means Death and The Sandman Merch 

Due to this event being mainly a Good Omens (& Co.) Only Event, the ratio of Our Flag Means Death and The Sandman merchandise when compared to those of Good Omens should not exceed 1:1. For example, no more than 1 Sandman sticker design is allowed per 1 Good Omens sticker design. 

🖼️กฎเซอร์เคิล 

1. ภายใน 1 สเปซ เซอเคิลจะได้รับบัตรเซอเคิลเป็นจำนวน 2 ใบเเละเก้าอี้ 1 ตัว โดยสามารถขอเพิ่มได้อีก1 ตัวเท่านั้น 

2. สมาชิกเซอเคิลจะต้องห้อยบัตรเซอเคิลไว้ตลอดเวลางาน เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดทั้งเเก่สต๊าฟเเละผู้เข้าร่วมงาน หากเซอเคิลไม่มีบัตรประจำตัวยืนยันตัวตน สต๊าฟมีสิทธิ์เชิญออกไปร่วมกับผู้ร่วมงานทั่วไปในทันที

3. เซอเคิลสามารถเข้ามาจัดโต๊ะของตัวเองได้ตั้งเเต่เวลา 8.00 น. เเละขอให้เซอเคิลมีความพร้อมในการจำหน่ายสินค้าก่อนเวลา 9.30 น. (9.45 น. อย่างช้าที่สุด) ในระหว่างเวลางาน เซอเคิลสามารถกลับก่อนเวลาเลิกงานได้ ทั้งนี้ โต๊ะจำหน่ายสินค้าจะต้องถูกเก็บให้เรียบร้อยก่อนเวลางานปิด 16.00 น.

4. สินค้าทุกชนิดรวมถึงของแถมจะต้องไม่มีส่วนประกอบของโลโก้ออฟฟิเชียล/รูปจริง หรือรูปถ่ายที่ไม่ได้ถ่ายเองของบุคคลเเละสถานที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับซีรีย์ Good Omens, The Sandman และ  Our Flag Means Death รวมถึง Screenshots จากซีรีย์ รวมถึงรูปตัดต่อ/ผลงานของผู้อื่น หากทีมสต๊าฟพบว่าสินค้าของเซอเคิลเข้าข่ายสินค้าห้ามจำหน่ายด้วยเหตุผลที่กล่าวไปข้างต้น สต๊าฟสามารถเเจ้งห้ามขายสินค้าได้

         4.1. หากไม่แน่ใจว่าสินค้าของคุณเข้าข่ายสินค้าต้องห้ามของทางงาน กรุณาติดต่อปรึกษาทีมสต๊าฟก่อนการผลิตสินค้า เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความผิดพลาด 

         4.2. หากมีการฝากขายสินค้า กรุณาเเจ้งทีมสต๊าฟพร้อมเเนบหลักฐานการตกลงฝากขายระหว่างเซอเคิลเเละผู้ฝากด้วย 

         4.3. การตัดสินใจของสต๊าฟถือเป็นที่สุด

5. หากมีสินค้าหมวด R18 สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในหีบห่อมิดชิด (ซองทึบ/ซองกระดาษ) โดยทางทีมงานจะมีสติกเกอร์ให้ติดปิดซองให้เพื่อความสบายใจของผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกคน (สินค้าหมวด 18+ จะไม่สามารถถูกเปิดอ่านภายในงานได้)  เซอเคิลต้องตรวจบัตรประชาชน/บัตรยืนยันตัวตนเเละอายุของผู้ซื้อก่อนจำหน่ายสินค้า

6. เนื่องจากโต๊ะหนึ่งตัวจะต้องเเบ่งพื้นที่เป็น 2 สเปซ สต๊าฟจึงขอความร่วมมือเซอเคิลรักษาพื้นที่ของตนเองเเละไม่วางสินค้าเกินออกไปสู่พื้นที่ของเซอเคิลข้างๆ รวมถึงสัมภาระต่าง ๆจะต้องถูกเก็บไว้ใต้โต๊ะหรือด้านหลังเก้าอี้ ไม่ออกมากีดขวางทางเดินของผู้ร่วมงาน

7. กรุณาเตรียมเงินทอนเเละถุงใส่สินค้าให้พร้อมหากมี ทั้งนี้ ทางสต๊าฟได้ขอความร่วมมือผู้ร่วมงานให้พกถุงผ้ามาใช้ภายในงาน เพราะฉะนั้นจึงขอสนับสนุนให้ทางเซอเคิลลดการใช้พลาสติกโดยการลดการเเจกถุงหูหิ้วด้วยค่ะ

8. ไม่วิจารณ์คู่ชิป/โพซิชั่น / ความคิดเห็นต่อซีรีย์ Good Omens, The Sandman และ  Our Flag Means Death  / รสนิยม ของผู้อื่น ทั้งเพื่อนเซอเคิลเเละผู้ร่วมงาน 

9. ทางสต๊าฟเเนะนำให้เซอเคิลอยู่เฝ้าโต๊ะของตนเองตลอดเวลางาน หรือหากมีเหตุฉุกเฉิน / ขาดคนเฝ้าชั่วคราว เซอเคิลสามารถเเจ้งทางสต๊าฟให้ช่วยดูเเลได้ ทั้งนี้หากมีทรัพย์สินสูญหาย หรือเกิดความเสียหายใด ๆ สต๊าฟจะไม่รับผิดชอบไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ

10. หากมีปัญหาด้านการจำหน่ายสินค้า/ปัญหากับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน กรุณาเเจ้งทีมสต๊าฟในทันที เเละการตัดสินใจของสต๊าฟถือเป็นที่สุด 

🤍การขายสินค้าจากแฟนด้อม Our Flag Means Death และ The Sandman 

อัตราส่วนจำนวนสินค้าจากแฟนด้อม Our Flag Means Death และ The Sandman ต้องมีจำนวนไม่มากกว่า 1:1 จากสินค้าจากแฟนด้อม Good Omens ตัวอย่างเช่น สติกเกอร์ Sandman 1 ลาย ต่อ สติกเกอร์ลาย Good Omens 1 ลาย เนื่องจากทางทีมงานยังต้องรักษาธีมงาน Only event ไว้เพื่อป้องกันความผิดหวังจากผู้เข้าร่วมงาน
