Solution 2: Check the Internet Connection: Secondly, you should make sure that your Internet connection works properly or has sufficient speeds for downloading apps. Because sometimes Google Play Download Pending error occurs when the Internet connection speed goes down or is slow. Thus, try to change your Internet connection source to cellular data to receive a good network and download your apps.
