Good Times Senior Care LLC is a new home health care company. Our objective is to execute a “buy and build” strategy in the Home Care, Assisted Living, and Senior Day Care industry.
Through an active acquisition and development program, we will build a national presence of “SUPER CARE EXPERIENCE”.The big picture is to create a one-stop Senior Care business that can support Home Care, Senior Day Care, Assisted Living. This allows the family client to easily switch between care options as the needs for care develops.

T. Richard Turner, Chair
Mr. Turner demonstrated a history of working in and/or creating value in many different industries including aviation, banking, real estate, finance, insurance, manufacturing, health care, real estate development, gaming, marine ports, and airports.
Mr. Turner is skilled in Strategic Planning, Capital Markets, Financial Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Risk Management. Strong in leadership positions with direct experience in a multitude of different corporate boards - Provincial Crown Corporations, Olympic 2010 Games, Federal Agencies, and large Public Companies.
Denise Bortolani Rabidoux , Board Member
Ms. Rabidoux is the former CEO of (Evangelical Homes of Michigan) EHM. Ms. Rabidoux has led the acquisition of the 31-acre former facility of the St. Vincent and Sarah Fisher Center in Farmington Hills from St. John Providence Hospital. Transformed EHM from a nursing home provider serving 660 seniors to a provider offering an array of older adult programs and products serving over 5500 individuals annually.
Ms. Rabidoux is known nationally for her ability to create an array of offerings and for the use of multiple technologies to augment quality services to seniors and to monitor outcomes.
Ethan Christensen, Board Member
Mr. Christensen is an experienced legal and business advisor with over 20 years of advising technology and life-science companies in formation, financing, M&A, employee compensation, and equity matters. Mr. Christensen developed his legal expertise as a partner in the corporate group at Cooley, an international law firm specializing in the needs of high-growth companies. Following his time at Cooley, Mr. Christensen served as VP Legal at ServiceNow, handling their corporate governance and finance matters, and as president and COO of Tiled, a seed-stage SaaS software company.
Eric Yap, Board Member
Mr. Yap is a highly effective healthcare executive who balances strategic decisions with financial responsibility and patient-centered leadership. He rapidly scales growth and profitability of multi-site healthcare organizations, including startup and turnaround operations.
Mr. Yap’s experience includes being Area Director of Operations at Kindred Healthcare, oversaw operations of 26 sites; exceeded five-year pro forma objectives in two years as CEO of OhioHealth Rehab Hospital, led the growth and expansion of start-up rehabilitation hospitals nationally and internationally.
Michael Bennett, Board Member
Mr. Bennett has over 30 years of experience in overseas capital markets, including financial auditing, corporate finance, overseas IPOs, and corporate governance.
He has participated in the listing of several Chinese stocks on NASDAQ and NYSE in the role of CFO and board members. His experience has been in the years as a Certified Public Accountant and as a CFO, CEO, Board Member in a number of listed companies, Chairman of BONITA USA Healthcare, and university lecturer. He currently serves as Director of China Pharmaceutical Holdings (CPHI: NYSE), Director of Vietnam Myson Group, and Director of Tanzhou Education.
