To develop and encourage every athlete to strive to be the best possible version of themselves (physically, mentally, and emotionally) on and off the field.

First Steps:

Setting personal and team goals are the first step to self-improvement and building team unity. In life, it is important to have an intrinsic (internal) desire to constantly be self-improving. DON'T SETTLE

Martian Mentality:

The desire to grow, achieve, and become more than you were the day before comes from within. It is not something that someone else can accomplish for you or push you to do it. Individually, you have to be okay with failure, pain, hard work, and making mistakes. If you can learn to overcome these obstacles and always, no matter what, give 100% and keep trying, then you are sure to reap the rewards.

Martian Family:

Softball is a team sport. We function as a whole unit, a family. Families trust each other, look out for each other, are happy for each other, and push each other towards greatness. Each member of the family has a different yet important role to play. None of which is more important than the other. As a softball family, we will encourage each other, support each other, stand by each other, and always, no matter what, show kindness and respect to one another.
