If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
Good Morning Images Gif provides access to morning greeting images, animated GIFs, favorites, image-saving and sharing functionality, creation and editing tools, reminders, advertising-supported content, and optional premium features.
Features may be added, modified, improved, or discontinued over time.
The App contains both free and premium content.
Some premium content may require an active Pro entitlement. Where offered, certain premium items may alternatively be temporarily unlocked by completing a rewarded advertisement.
Availability of rewarded advertisements is not guaranteed because advertising inventory is provided by third-party advertising services.
Good Morning Images Gif may offer:
Monthly Pro subscription
Yearly Pro subscription
Lifetime Pro purchase
Exact prices are displayed in the App using information provided by Apple's App Store and may vary by country, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing.
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription terms, an auto-renewable subscription renews automatically.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not itself cancel an active subscription.
Apple requires subscription apps to clearly communicate what users receive for their subscription, and subscriptions must provide ongoing value. Apple Developer
Where offered, the Lifetime Pro option is a non-consumable In-App Purchase providing access to the Pro features associated with that purchase for the supported lifetime of the App/service, subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable rules.
It is not an auto-renewable subscription.
Eligible purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases functionality provided in the App.
Restoration and purchase verification depend on Apple's App Store and StoreKit services.
The free version of the App may display advertising, including banner, native, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded advertisements.
Pro users may receive an ad-free experience according to the Pro benefits displayed at the time of purchase.
The App may allow users to voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock particular premium content without purchasing Pro.
A reward is provided only when the advertising system confirms successful completion where required.
Closing or failing to complete an advertisement may result in no reward being granted.
The App, its design, software, branding, organization, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted by the App's functionality, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, exploit, or commercially republish the App or its proprietary content without authorization.
The App's Save and Share functionality is intended to allow normal personal use and social sharing of greeting content.
The App may allow you to create or customize greeting cards or other content.
You are responsible for content you add yourself and for ensuring that your use of third-party text, images, trademarks, or other material does not violate applicable rights or laws.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass access restrictions, manipulate advertising or rewarded-ad systems, circumvent purchase mechanisms, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
Some functionality depends on third parties, including Apple and Google. Advertising availability, purchase processing, sharing destinations, and other third-party functionality may therefore vary.
The App and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every piece of content or third-party service will remain available indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or third-party services.
Continued use of the App following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
