Goodlook App Membership Subscription Agreement

Welcome to Goodlook! This Membership Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access and use of the Goodlook App’s membership services ("Services"). By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Please read it carefully.
1.1. The Goodlook App offers subscription-based premium features, including but not limited to:
Exclusive content and tools
Advanced customization options
Priority customer support
1.2. Subscription plans may vary in duration and pricing. Details are provided at the time of subscription purchase.
You must be at least 4 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to the Services. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3.1. Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis, as specified in the plan.
3.2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
3.3. Pricing Changes: Goodlook reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
3.4. Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
4.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings or App Store account.
4.2. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5.1. As a subscriber, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services.
5.2. You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with others.
Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Services without authorization.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Goodlook may update this Agreement periodically. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodlook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
