Good Moments is designed to be a private place for your personal memories, achievements, and positive moments.
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Good Moments accesses and how it is handled.
Good Moments allows you to create and save personal entries, including text and photos.
Your moments are stored locally on your device.
We do not upload, read, sell, or share the content of your moments with third parties.
If you use a Good Moments widget, the app and widget may share the information necessary to display your moments using storage provided by iOS on your device.
If you choose to add a photo to a moment, Good Moments may request access to your photo library.
Access is used only to allow you to select photos for your moments.
Good Moments does not access your photo library without your permission.
You can change photo permissions at any time in your device's Settings.
Good Moments does not require you to create an account.
We do not collect:
Your name or email address
Your contacts
Your precise location
Your browsing history
Advertising identifiers
The content of your personal moments
Your photos, except when you choose them for use inside the app
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use your personal information for advertising or tracking.
Good Moments may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Apple may process information related to your purchase according to Apple's own Privacy Policy.
Information stored by Good Moments may be included in your device backup or iCloud backup depending on your iOS and iCloud settings.
These backups are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy practices.
Good Moments does not independently upload your moments to our own servers.
We do not sell, rent, or share the content of your moments with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
We do not use third-party advertising networks.
Your moments remain on your device until you delete them or remove the application.
You can delete individual moments directly within Good Moments.
If Good Moments stores all data locally, deleting the application removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to any device or cloud backups managed by Apple.
Good Moments does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because personal moments are stored locally and no account is required, we do not knowingly maintain personal profiles of children on our servers.
We rely on the security and data-protection mechanisms provided by iOS to protect information stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including the use of a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other available security features.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Good Moments changes or when necessary to comply with legal or platform requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
