Yes — grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. If you forget yours, don’t worry, we have some available to purchase at the studio.
Yes please! All classes must be booked ahead of time through our booking system as we don’t offer walk-ins.
We’re here to support you. Please contact us before booking your first class so we can have a chat and make sure we can tailor things appropriately for you.
Our studio is a kid-free space so everyone can fully switch off and focus on themselves. Children aren’t able to wait in the foyer during class time — thank you for understanding 💛
Clients must be 16 years or older to attend classes.
We love a little digital detox. Please pop your phone on silent and away during class so you (and everyone else) can fully enjoy the session without distractions.
Yes please! Arriving 5 minutes early helps us start on time and keeps the flow of the class uninterrupted for everyone.
There is plenty of parking out the front of the studio and behind the service station but if they are full you can park in the shopping centre carpark across the road. Please allow yourself a little extra time to find a spot so you can arrive relaxed and ready to move.

Please cancel your class via the Studio Bookings app or website. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your class credit.
