Lynette has enjoyed an extensive and rewarding musical career as both a professional musician and a public school instrumental and vocal music teacher for over 30 years. She has also received many awards throughout her teaching career including the Orange County Music Educators "Teacher of the Year" award in 2015.

She has always had an interest and appreciation in alternative medicine, yoga, astrology and inspirational mindfullness which she includes in her own personal wellness journey.

She uses her extensive knowledge, background and training in Western music to provide a sound bowl experience that is uniquely different. Her use of chord progressions that evoke happiness and well being, as well as her knowledge of chordal relationships, make this sound bowl experience unlike any other. She uses a sciencienctific based approach, using specific frequencies and pitches to make each sound bath an immersive sound bowl experience. Many of her chord and note combinations have been scientifically proven to be uplifing and regenerative to the listener, something that comes naturally to a classically trained musician. There is also very little use of "chordal dissonance," as it can be very unsettling to the feeling and intention of well being. She chooses, instead, to lead the listener through a journey of resonance and harmony, after which one feels relaxed, rejuvinated and ready to embrace whatever life has in store for them!
