Mission

Pangangalagaan at itataguyod ang mga karapatan ng Gomezeño sa kalidad at matuwid na serbisyo kung saan ang ganap na programa ukol sa EDUKASYON, ALTERNATIBONG KABUHAYAN, PANGANGALAGA SA KALUSUGAN at MALUSOG NA KAPALIGIRAN ay pananagutan ng mapagkakatiwalaan at makatarungang mga pinuno upang mapanatili ang maunlad na pamayanan.

Barangay Gomez is located in the municipality of Lopez, Quezon, within the CALABARZON region of the Philippines  approximately at coordinates 13.8847° N latitude and 122.2581° E longitude. in the island of Luzon.The barangay covers a relatively small area and is characterized by an estimated elevation of 6.3 meters (20.7 feet) above sea level. While specific data on the total land area of Barangay Gomez is not readily available, it is part of Lopez, which spans approximately 395.1 square kilometers

According to the 2020 Census, Barangay Gomez in Lopez, Quezon, is a rural barangay with a population of 2,916 as of the 2020 Census. This represents a fraction of the municipality's total population, which is over 94,000. The demographic structure indicates a predominantly young population, with 41.01% under 18 years old, while the working-age group (18-64 years) accounts for approximately 58.63%. Senior citizens (65 years and older) make up 4.24% . The barangay has a median age of 25, reflecting a a significant portion in the working-age group
