GOLF - Scores, Points & WildCard ("the app") helps a group of golfers track live scores, a points side-game, and a Wild Card game for a weekly round. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect The app does not require an account, email, or password. When you create or join a round, we collect only the information you enter: player names, handicaps, hole-by-hole scores, group assignments, tee times, and an optional course name. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.
How we use it This information is stored on our servers solely to provide the app's features: a live leaderboard, points results, and the Wild Card game shared among the players in your round. Anyone with your round's share code can view that round's scores and player names.
Data sharing & retention We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Round data is retained so groups can revisit results and reuse saved players and courses. To request deletion of a round or any personal data, contact us at peterpa64@outlook.com and we will remove it.
Children The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
