Sponsors/Donations and Cost

Our goal is to make a quality club experience as affordable as possible. As such, we need club sponsors each year.  If you are interested in supporting our club, please complete the sponsor form above and return it to Tauheedah Smith, Club Director 805 Humboldt Ave Chowchilla, CA 93610  or Erin Soares, Vice President/ Treasurer. 

*Memberships, tryout fees, and travel expenses are paid separate by each team member.

Installments (if needed) due the first practice day of the month:    

$250 on December 1st

$200 on January 1st

                      $250 on February 1st

*Travel fees for players, parents and families are not included in club costs and are the responsibility of each team member.

Club Fees are Non-refundable:

Please make ALL checks payable to Chowchilla Athletic Foundation.  Fees are due on time.  If you have a situation that requires alternative arrangements, contact the club director or the club treasurer.

*A player's commitment to play on a team is an agreement to pay the season in full.*
