GoldShift Support

1. Data we collect We collect your name, email address, profile photo, city, phone number, CV/resume files, and payment information when you use GoldShift. We also collect device identifiers (FCM tokens) for push notifications and usage data for app improvement.

2. How we use your data Your data is used to operate the GoldShift marketplace — matching workers with employers, processing payments, sending notifications, and displaying profiles.

3. Data sharing We share payment data with Stripe (our payment processor) to process transactions. We share device tokens with Firebase (Google) for push notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete account within the app.

5. Your rights You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account deletion feature or contact us.
