Let's help.



So this is very new for me! I am not used to writing blogs or anything related to it but I thought I would try it out maybe it is for me maybe it isn't we shall see.
"Let's help each other" what does this mean? Many people might think it means to listen to someone talk others might think doing someone a favour. Both are right but my meaning of this is totally different. My perspective is to give each other a hand not matter the circumstances, through the good times and the bad. I am passionate about helping others and the way I do this is offering jobs, letting them gain experience and mentoring them. Many of the employees at Golden Treasure have came from nothing. When they came to me they had nothing, no confidence, no aspirations nothing. But I brought them under my wing and taught them all they needed to know not just in the job but in life. To look after themselves and love themselves. Love the life they are living. Life is about contentment. Fulfilment. Happiness. These are the things that matter most in life not money not material things. I hope whoever is reading this has some sense of contentment in their lives and if not I welcome you with open arms.


Wellness.

What is wellness?

Wellness is the state of your body and mind at peace. It is habits you attain to better your mental & physcial health. In order to be an energetic person and work hard to achieve the things you want in life you need to make sure your mind and body is at peace, what you consume as a person is important and apart of wellness. For example, the food you consume, what tv shows you watch, do you exercise regularly, or are you someone who procrastinates or someone who is always ready and up at 7am. Someone who wakes up at 2pm in the afternoon does not have the same goals as the person waking up at 6am everyday. each person is at different stages of their lives, one is sacrificing their wants and prioritising their needs and the other is maybe not got their priorities straight or just feeling lost. Either one is okay, we all go through ups and downs in life however don't let the downs become a habit because once you let go its harder to start back up again. Look after your body eat healthy, have a balanced diet, have that chocolate that you love but in moderation along with some fruit. Also look after your mind, educate yourself, read books, educate yourself on things that interest you, meditate, have your alone time to just collect your thoughts and feelings.
