Mondays 4-5 PM

• Update website, Pamela, 1-15 DONE

• Send Tammy the following items: bills from each teen night; number of teens at each night, Tom, 1-22

• Set up meetings for in person big picture at the rec center Makena send out organizing email 2-2-24

• Button machine research, Hana 1-22-24

• Report out on the grant 1-22-24

• Data gathering

  • Find the previous survey (if possible!) on someone's google drive OR redo, Noor 1-31-24

  • Show survey at in person meeting on Feb. 5

  • Create QR code and buy candy

  • Homerooms  in March

• Promotion

  • Create logo ideas for Teen Nights, Pamela

  • Finalize logo ideas, make amazing, etc. 

  • Fliers for Teen nights (Feb - June), Kyra, 1-22-24 tonight

  • Yard sign confirmation (would they be willing to put out)
