✦ How many members will the group be accepting?
Hard cap of 25 to 30 members. We will not be going over 30 acceptances. We might be accepting under the expected cap if not many applications are received.

Including the mod's player character, the final roster of player characters for Golden Hour will be in a multiple of 3. (ex. 21, 24, 27, 30)

✦ If this is a story based group, how long is the projected runtime?
We are aiming for around 6-7 months of runtime, but it might be slightly longer if we are including rest weeks and intermission breaks between chapters. 

Golden hour will have around 6 chapters (in development).

✦ How are the RPs going to be planned?
This will mainly be a narrative based RP, meaning you will be taking part of chapter campaigns running for an entire month. Two sessions will be available for the main plot RP (NA / SEA-EU; will usually happen on the last week of the month) across two days as a Part 1 and Part 2, so everyone will have a chance to RP with favorable times. You will be given the same scenario. All of this will be LIVE RP.

✦ Do we need to watch K-Pop Demon Hunters / be deep into K-Pop to apply to GOLDEN HOUR?
You may watch if you like, but essentially it is not required to watch it when applying to this group as Golden Hour will be using core elements from KPDH mixed with further themes as this group's age rating goes beyond the general age rating of K-pop Demon Hunters. Do shoot us more questions in the pre-server’s QNA channel if you have any more questions, or open a ticket. Likewise, having K-pop knowledge is not necessary to join the group! We welcome everyone.

✦ Can we still apply to the group if we turn 21 once the RP starts?
No. We will be strict on our players’ age. This RP is for those who are currently 21 or above due to more sensitive themes.

✦ Will there be another opening?
Unfortunately, no.

✦ Will there be invites?
No, invites will not be available.

✦ Are ride-or-dies available?
No. This is to prevent cliques from happening in the actual server and we aim to have a tight knit friendship between members without cliques. 

✦ Are kill-or-dies available?
Yes, we do have it as an option during the form submission in case you are not comfortable with RP’ing with someone who you might potentially be hanging around for a few months during the group's run.

✦ Do our characters need to be strictly Korean?
We prefer the characters be Korean, and will be accepting more pure Korean characters for the group. This is to align with the cultures and respect the people’s wishes. As long as your player character has either Korean heritage, and/or cultural roots, they should be fine. 

We, unfortunately, will be scrutinizing foreigner OCs, and are discouraging applicants from making them to respect the original source/culture.

✦ Can we make demon/half-demon OCs?
For demon OCs, we do not allow full demon characters. For half-demon OCs (i.e Rumi), please open a ticket to the moderators and pitch your idea there as if there are a number of half-demon OCs, we will only be limiting the amount out of our prospecting 25~30-man roster.

We encourage players to make fully human OCs, but that does not mean you cannot make half-demons. We would love to see some effort!

✦ If we are accepted to Golden Hour, and I don’t like my main OC, can we kill them off?
No, you cannot kill or swap your character. Please make sure to apply with an OC you would enjoy playing for the group's runtime. Though once you are accepted to the group, you will be given a chance to re-edit your character's app and make minor changes before finalizing your character, and lock your final application in before the main campaign starts.

✦ Must our character be able to perceive/see Demons?
No, it is not mandatory for them to be able to perceive them. Them being unable to perceive them does not guarantee rejection from the group. Unfortunately, mods cannot disclose any details nor expansion of this answer.
The key in character creation is the more mundane the better, but feel free to make them be able to see/perceive Demons.

✦ In the reserves sheet, can my OC's real name/stage name overlap with someone else's?
Overlapping is bound to happen, especially in given names and surnames both. There can be multiple characters with the same surname, so it is not an issue.
In cases where both surname and given name overlap/are exactly the same, we expect muns, if both are accepted to the group, to make their characters go by their stage name instead. More details in the server's FAQ channel.

✦ Are there any limits on our character's height/age/etc?
Characters should be from 150cm/4'11" to 195cm/6'5".
Ages should be from 18 to 30 years old.
Even though this is a fictional idol RP group, we want to keep things more realistic and not overexaggerated (especially for height). Please keep it more believable in real world standards! The min/max measurements are in accordance to the recorded tallest and shortest idols in real life.

For male characters, you are free to make them already serve their mandatory military service.

✦ Do CONCEPTS or POSITIONS play a role in the roster selection?
They do not necessarily play any roles, and is just used for flavor text, so feel free to apply with a character of any position and/or concept!

✦ Can my character come from a survival show and get recruited to the company?
Yes, this is possible. Feel free to make your own show and whatsoever.

✦ Does my character need to be linked to shamans, or have any proficiency in shamanism?
No, they do not have to necessarily have any proficiency in shamanism, or is connected to a shaman. Think of it as mundane people wanting to be idols, as this is the more common case. The existence of Demons shouldn't be much known to the normal common folk unless they could perceive them.
