Golden Horizon is a technical and vocational learning center committed to contributing to the improvement of the lives of Filipinos by providing quality and reliable training programs that focus on the acquisition and development of work skills which can readily be applied to livelihood activities.
As an institution, Golden Horizon shall be a partner of Government, the business sector, and civil society in providing skills training that will enable Filipinos to uplift their lives through gaining meaningful employment locally and abroad.

As it grows into the future, Golden Horizon envisions itself becoming a leading skills training center, providing top quality and in-demand learning programs delivered by highly trained and experienced trainers in well-equipped facilities with appropriate equipment and using the latest technologies available.
Technical/vocational education and training provided by Golden Horizon will enable its graduates to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to become competent workers for industries in the Philippines and anywhere in the world.
