Golden agreements can be initiated by the Golden Client or by the families or loved ones. In the event the Golden Client is unable to accurately and effectively commuicate their wishes, the same process will be used however the family members will be relied on for relevant details.
The "Getting To Know You" is a 1 hour session with only the Golden Client(s) for whom these agreements and plans are being discussed (or family members if preferred). In this session, the Golden Clients will have an opportunity to preview and discuss the content of the group meeting and ask diffiult questions with privacy. This session must be completed before the Family Session.
The Family Session is a video taped session with all the family members who are invited to participate by the Golden Client. This is usually limited to the children and spouse. Others are welcome.
Anticipated Cost: 6 hours total for $1000 (additional time charged at $200/hr)
Documentation and video agreements provided electronically. Items will not be stored through 3rd party storage ("the cloud") and therefore are not easily accessible online once delivered. This is to protect your privacy.
The Aging Blueprint is an additional 2 hours of time spent reviewing the specifics to align family goals with other professional services. This will include discussions about whichever topics need to be addressed and the time can be extended. Follow up conversations may be required.
Anticipated Cost: $200/hr over the regular Family Agreements package
Additional documentation and video will be provided.
Legacy Vault sessions can be booked independent of completion of the other sessions.
Anticipated Cost: $1500 for an edited ~90 minute video including input and prompts from the family
