Golden Care Property Management was founded by Djosmithe Aurelien, a licensed Realtor with LPT Realty. Born in Haiti and now proudly based in Florida, Djosmithe combines his passion for real estate with a commitment to helping property owners and investors feel confident in their rentals. With a focus on trust, transparency, and reliable service, his mission is to make property management simple while creating housing solutions that last.

Golden Care Property Management is co-led by Djosmithe Aurelien and Maia Elizabeth Addison, bringing together complementary expertise in real estate, finance, and client care.

As Co-Founder and Operations Manager, Maia Addison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and ensures that day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Her strong financial background allows her to oversee budgets, optimize efficiency, and deliver personalized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

Co-Founder Djosmithe Aurelien is a licensed Florida Realtor and Psychology major. His knowledge of real estate markets, combined with a deep understanding of people and relationships, allows him to approach property management with insight, strategy, and care.

Together, they embody a balance of professionalism, dedication, and genuine attention — treating every property as if it were their own while creating long-term value for both owners and tenants.
