GoldBlock ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by ninenox.com . This

Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. By using GoldBlock you

agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not require an account or login, and we do not directly collect personal

information such as your name, email, or contacts.

• On-device data: Your game progress, high score, coins, unlocked themes, daily

  streak, and settings are stored only on your device. We do not transmit this

  data to our own servers (we have no server).

• Automatically collected by third parties: To show ads and run an optional

  leaderboard, third-party services (below) may collect device information such

  as a device/advertising identifier, IP address, device type and OS version,

  and ad interaction data.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• Google AdMob (advertising) – serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.

  AdMob may use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads.

• Apple Game Center (optional leaderboard) – if you sign in, your score is

  submitted to a global leaderboard managed by Apple. Sign-in is optional; the

  game is fully playable without it.

3. TRACKING & ADVERTISING (iOS App Tracking Transparency)

Before showing personalized ads, we ask for your permission via Apple's App

Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, we request non-personalized ads

instead. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security →

Tracking.

4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information collected by the third-party services above is used to display and

measure advertising, prevent fraud, operate the leaderboard, and keep the app

free to play.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

GoldBlock is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children

under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you

believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will remove

it.

6. DATA RETENTION & YOUR CHOICES

• On-device data remains until you delete the app or clear its data.

• You can limit ad tracking via the iOS Tracking setting above.

• Deleting the app removes all locally stored game data.

7. DATA SECURITY

Game data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. No

personal data is stored on our servers because we operate none.

8. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The third-party services we use may process data in countries outside your own,

under their respective privacy policies.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page

with an updated "Last updated" date.
