Your privacy comes first

No account. No sign-in. No personal information is collected by Goldbelly App from you as an app user.

Favourites you save, recently viewed items, notification preferences, and theme settings you manage are stored locally on your device. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your data, including how Google AdMob advertising works in the app.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Goldbelly App is built to help you browse famous foods, desserts, snacks, bakery items, gourmet meals, and regional specialties — including home browsing, categories, product details, search and filters, favourites, recently viewed items, explore and restaurant highlights, and theme settings — with a smooth experience designed for food discovery in the United States. We designed this app so you can use these features without creating an account, without signing in, and without sharing your personal contact details with us. Protecting your privacy is a core principle of this product.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following from you as an app user:

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Your email address

• Your home or mailing address

• Your date of birth

• Government identifiers (Social Security number, passport numbers, etc.)

• Photos, contacts, or camera data

• Precise GPS location

• Payment card numbers, banking credentials, or checkout identity data

No sign-up, login, OTP verification, email verification, social login, or registration is ever required to use the app.

3. Information Stored On Your Device

To support your browsing experience, Goldbelly App stores the following locally on your device only:

• Favourite / saved foods

• Recently viewed items

• App settings (such as dark/light theme preference and notification preference toggles)

Sample food catalogue content, categories, restaurants, and seasonal picks shown in the app are packaged with the app or loaded as display content. Your favourites, recently viewed list, and preferences are not uploaded to our servers and are not linked to your identity as an app user. Data you manage in the app remains on your device — we do not receive it as personal user profile data.

4. Local, On-Device Processing

Goldbelly App is designed for local processing. Core features — including home browsing, categories, food details, search and filters, favourites, recently viewed, explore, and settings — run on your device using locally managed state and preferences.

Your favourites, recently viewed items, and preferences are not sent to our servers for storage or processing. You can browse the sample catalogue experience without signing in.

Food photos included in the app are stored in the app bundle for reliable display. An internet connection may be needed for displaying advertisements through Google AdMob (see Section 6), and if you choose to open external links such as support email, the Play Store listing, or help resources.

5. Data Display and Sharing

All foods, prices in US dollars ($), delivery guide wording, restaurant listings, and preference screens displayed in the app are read from on-device content and local app state. If you share a food item or the app through your device’s standard share options, that sharing is handled by your device and the app you choose — we do not receive copies of shared content unless you explicitly send it to us (for example, by email).

You are responsible for keeping any exported or shared information secure.

6. Advertising

Goldbelly App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to help keep the app free to use. Ad formats may include banner ads and full-screen interstitial ads shown when you navigate between sections.

Google and its advertising partners may collect and use information such as your device’s advertising ID, approximate location (derived from IP address), app interactions with ads, and technical device data to deliver, measure, and improve ads. This data is handled according to Google’s policies, not stored by us as a personal user profile.

You can limit ad personalisation on your device through:

Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

7. Third-Party Services

Core app features run on your device. The app does not send your favourites, recently viewed items, or preferences to external conversion or cloud account services.

Google AdMob is used to serve advertisements. When you use optional actions such as sending email to support, sharing content, or opening a web link, those actions are handled by the respective platform or app you choose — not by Goldbelly App collecting additional personal data from you.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The app itself does not use browser cookies. We do not operate our own analytics or cross-app tracking services within Goldbelly App.

Advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may use identifiers permitted by your device and Android settings to measure ad performance. We do not build personal profiles about you based on your in-app browsing activity beyond what is required for ad delivery through AdMob.

9. Network and Permissions

The app requests only the permissions it needs to function:

• Internet access — required for displaying advertisements through Google AdMob and optional external links

• Network state — used to check connectivity for ad loading when applicable

• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement on supported devices

We do not request access to contacts, camera, calendar, SMS, microphone, biometric authentication, or precise location. There is no sign-in or account permission prompt when you open the app.

Your locally stored favourites, recently viewed items, and preferences remain on your device during normal app use.

10. Data Security

Because we do not collect personal information or account credentials from you as an app user, there is no personal login profile that can be compromised on our servers. Your favourites, recently viewed list, and preferences remain on your device unless you explicitly share content outside the app.

You can clear all locally stored app data at any time through your device settings.

11. Children’s Privacy

This app is intended as a food discovery and browsing guide. It is designed so that personal information is not required from children or adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Food names, prices, and delivery wording in the sample catalogue are for demonstration and information within the app experience.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Because we do not collect identifying information about you as an app user, there is no personal account or profile to delete on our side. You can fully reset your app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage:

Settings → Apps → Goldbelly App → Storage → Clear storage

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored favourites, recently viewed items, and app preferences from the app’s private storage area.

13. Catalogue Experience Disclaimer

Goldbelly App provides a sample food discovery catalogue for browsing famous foods and regional specialties. Product names, prices in USD ($), promotions, delivery estimates, and restaurant highlights shown in the app may be illustrative placeholders for demonstration. The app does not process real payments, shopping baskets, or live checkout.

Goldbelly App is an independent application experience and is not affiliated with Goldbelly, Inc. or any third-party restaurant brand named in sample content. Always verify real-world product, pricing, and retailer information independently before purchasing elsewhere.

14. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be available within the app on this screen. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
