Privacy Policy – Gold Mine

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Gold Mine (the "Game") handles information. By using the Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, and no chat, and it does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Game progress (gold, buildings, upgrades, achievements, settings and language) is saved only on your device. We do not send it to any server and we cannot see it. If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include this data in your personal Google backup, under Google's control.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner ad, and an optional rewarded video ad that doubles your offline earnings.

To show and measure ads, Google may automatically collect and process information such as:

• your device's advertising ID

• your IP address and approximate location derived from it

• device type, operating system and app version

• how you interact with ads

The developer does not receive or store this information. It is handled by Google under its own policies:

• Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

• How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

• AdMob and advertising: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543

Your choices: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads. Watching rewarded ads is always optional.

3. Permissions

The Game uses only the Internet and network state permissions, which it needs to load ads. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, files, or location.

4. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, please contact us and we will help remove it.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your game data stays on your device. You can delete it at any time with Settings → Reset all progress inside the Game, or by uninstalling the Game. Data collected by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's policies.

6. Security

Because the Game stores its data only on your device, that data is protected by your device's own security. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable care to protect the Game and its users.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
