Our Mission/Objective
Gold Chest Gaming Club was created with idea that those with mental illness like depression, Anxiety find a safe place to relax and get away from the real world for a bit, playing games has been proven to help lift some mental illness and with a safe place and support from others who have had this problems and those that wish to help.
Even with this All poeple are welcomed to the Club, no matter there needs
General Code of Conduct
Rules
No Political Discussions within the club hours
No Discrimination Sex/Race/Gender etc.
No Bullying, Keep hands, Feet and Hurtful words to yourself
Be respectful, You must respect all members, regardless of your liking towards them. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
Inappropriate Language, The use of profanity should be kept to a minimum. However, any derogatory language towards any member is prohibited.
Play fairly and be honest
Applaud the efforts of others
Respect yourself
Be respectful of other club members
Respect Club Equipment and materials
Refrain from clothing that has words or pictures that are offensive, derogatory; contain inappropriate language, and/or signs.
Dispensary Rules
Minor misbehaviour is handled with disciplinary actions depending on the situation. All discipline issues will be handled on an individual basis. Any member who disrupts games or creates a dangerous situation will be given consequences for their actions. Members who do not follow rules can expect to lose privileges and face consequences.
Disciplinary actions may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Suspension from program area
Suspension (one day or more)
Indefinite suspension (until the situation can be resolved or the parent/guardian is consulted)
Expulsion (i.e. permanent suspension – membership revoked)
Contacting the proper authorities
If they get 3 warnings they will have 3 month ban from the club if a continue after the 3 months ban is lifted they be given another 3 months or permanently banned depend on Officers discussion,
Appear, if any member of the club feel they have been wrongly banned they may appeal to another office and a committee of 1 officer (not involved) and 2 members (also Not in involved) the result of this decision stands and can not be re-appealed
Children/Children with Special Requirements
To make sure your child is safe and has positive, meaningful and engaging opportunities while at our Club, we insists that a Parent or Guardian brings the child this covers Up to 17yrs old and stay on premises with them.
