8. Free and Premium Features
GoLaut may provide both free and paid features.
Certain features, limits, designs, tools, or services may only be available to Premium subscribers.
GoLaut may change, add, remove, or modify features from time to time, provided that such changes are consistent with applicable law and any applicable subscription obligations.
Existing user data will not be intentionally deleted solely because a Premium subscription expires, unless otherwise required by law or the user requests deletion.
9. Premium Subscription
GoLaut may offer Premium access through an auto-renewable subscription.
The subscription may provide access to additional features, increased usage limits, premium designs, tools, or other benefits described within GoLaut.
The exact subscription price, duration, and included benefits will be displayed to you before purchase.
9.1 Auto-Renewal
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Your payment method will be charged through the applicable app store account associated with your purchase.
9.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the subscription management settings of the applicable app store.
Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide an immediate refund or remove access before the end of the already-paid subscription period.
9.3 Refunds
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable store’s refund policies and procedures.
GoLaut does not control the payment processing systems operated by Apple or Google.
9.4 Subscription Expiry
When a Premium subscription expires or is cancelled and the paid period ends, Premium benefits may be removed or become unavailable.
Expiration of Premium access does not automatically mean that your existing personal data or documents will be deleted.
10. Apple App Store Terms
If you obtain GoLaut through the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for GoLaut.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to GoLaut or its content, except where required under applicable law.
To the extent required by Apple’s terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We may release updates, improvements, security fixes, or other changes from time to time.
18. Data and Privacy
Your use of GoLaut is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information and other data may be collected, used, stored, processed, and protected.
By using GoLaut, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
19. Data Loss
While GoLaut may use reasonable technical measures to protect and maintain user information, no digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoLaut is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GoLaut does not guarantee that the Service will:
• Always be available
• Always operate without interruption
• Be completely error-free
• Meet every user’s individual requirements
• Produce a particular professional, employment, financial, or career outcome
• Always contain accurate or current third-party information
Nothing in this Agreement excludes any consumer rights or statutory protections that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoLaut and its developers, owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This may include loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, loss of business opportunities, loss of income, or other consequential losses.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your misuse of GoLaut
• Your unlawful activities
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Content or information you submit through the Service
This provision does not apply to the extent that the claim results from GoLaut’s own unlawful conduct or where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
23. Suspension and Termination
GoLaut may suspend or terminate your access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including where:
• You materially breach this Agreement
• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• You attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Your use creates a significant risk to GoLaut or other users
• Termination is required by law
You may stop using GoLaut at any time.
Where applicable, termination of an account does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions or payment arrangements. You may need to cancel subscriptions separately through the applicable app store.
24. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use GoLaut will end.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and applicable legal provisions, will continue to apply.

We may update this EULA from time to time.
When significant changes are made, we may provide notice through the application, website, or other reasonable means.
