Dr.K.Gokulakrishnan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. He has more than 18 years of academic experience in Optical Communication, Image Processing, Soft Computing and Internet of Things. Prior to his current role, he was associated with A.C.College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi and VIT Consultancy Private Limited, Chennai.

He received his Ph.D in the Faculty of Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2015 and B.E.(ECE) and M.E(Optical Communication) from A.C.College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi in 2001 and 2005.
